Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)
The department is fully equipped with latest software that caters to the needs of our students & also aid in research and development programs. The latest application development software training is also planned with an Internet browsing centre that enriches the technology fronts in computing, engineering, communication sectors, and information technology to the students along with faculty without any extra charge on all working days.
The Department is dedicated to research, education and overall excellence and is associated with the Computer Society of India (CSI). The Programme is designed to give students a thorough knowledge of the field and to provide an enduring foundation for future professional grow with its focus on the technological foundations of Computer Information Systems.
Information Technology (IT)
Information Technology is the buzzword in India. There is a lot of talk about IT and IT enabled services. IT sector is considered to be the part of Knowledge economy. The 21st century society is considered to be a knowledge society and IT professionals are going to play a key role in this knowledge society. The new inventions in the field of Information technology are mind boggling and already enabled us to communicate at the speed of light.
So the students of Information Technology have very exciting opportunities waiting for them. The only thing required from them is to acquire the necessary skills to grab the opportunities.
Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)
Electronics and Communication has dominated the present society by connecting the people worldwide. Today it appears that one cannot carry any transaction without mobile phone. Such is the scenario created throughout the world by electronics and communications.
To cope with the global scenario, the ECE department is training students in many major aspects of the current industrial requirements .With the aid of well equipped laboratories; the faculty is exposing the students to the practical aspects of the subject. Apart from conducting seminars, paper presentations, a mini project exhibition is conducted every year during annual day celebrations to exhibit the hidden talents of the students.
CIVIL Engineering (CE)
Civil Engineering is a prominent and oldest branch of engineering which deals with buildings, bridges, roads, flyovers, railways, water supply, sanitary, development of townships and other infrastructural development. Due to liberalization policy of the government, many infrastructure projects like golden quadrilateral, National highway constructions and transport sector development are the need of the hour. Many multinationals are engaged in the infrastructure developmental activities. The job opportunities are in civil engineering fields and software companies. Analytical and logical abilities and liking for the profession are the essential requirements. Subjects on concrete technology, transport engineering, water supply and sanitary engineering, geotechnical engineering, fluid mechanics and machinery, structural mechanics, hydrology and water resources, irrigation engineering are studied in this course.
Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)
Full time M.Tech course with specialization in Computer Science and Engineering is commenced in the Department of C.S.E. The course is of two years and comprises of four semesters. The specialization includes wide spectrum of subjects that are in high demand, like, Advanced Algorithms, Advanced Operating Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Distributed Computing, Advanced Databases etc.

This course provides an introduction to the design and implementation of VLSI circuits for complex digital systems. The focus is on CMOS technology. Issues to be covered include deep submicron design, clocking, power dissipation, CAD tools and algorithms, simulation, variation, testing, and design methodology. The course includes a laboratory component in which you will design and layout a small 4-bit microprocessor.
Structural engineering theory is based upon applied physical laws and empirical knowledge of the structural performance of different materials and geometries. Structural engineering design utilizes a number of simple structural elements to build complex structural systems. Structural engineers are responsible for making creative and efficient use of funds, structural elements and materials to achieve these goals.
Transportation engineering is the application of technology and scientific principles to the planning, functional design, operation and management of facilities for any mode of transportation in order to provide for the safe, efficient, rapid, comfortable, convenient, economical, and environmentally compatible movement of people and goods (transport). It is a sub-discipline of civil engineering and of industrial engineering.
